Travel Plans and the Planning Process

As part of the planning process the Council is encouraging developers to implement Travel Plans as a Section 106 agreement or as a planning condition. Many of the large organisations with new developments in Wolverhampton, have or are working on a Travel Plan in order to reduce the impact of their development on traffic in the city centre. A guide on Company Travel Plans for applicants in the planning system is currently being developed and will be available to download from this site soon.
