- Appointment of a Travel Plan Co-ordinator
This could be a new position or a role for an existing member of staff. For the plan to be successful the Co-ordinator should be somebody relatively senior and enthusiastic. - Download Document

This will provide an overview of how your staff currently travel to work. It can also determine what measures are needed in your travel plan to provide a wide choice of travel options, and so reduce reliance on the car. - Download Document
- Action Plan
This will be a list of measures that have been identified from the results of the Staff Travel Survey. - Download Document
- Targets and monitoring
Targets will be set to help measure the success of the Plan. These will be used to help monitor your progress and inform any future reviews of the Plan.
